Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup pepper sauce (such as Frank’s Red Hot)
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Beat cream cheese, ranch dressing and pepper sauce in a large bowl. Fold in chicken and half of shredded cheese. Spread mixture into baking dish coated with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Add remaining cheese to top and bake an additional 10-15 minutes.  Serve hot with Frito scoops, crackers or celery.
